Daily Contributions

  • Generate and maintain precise inspection documentation, encapsulating all critical measurements and findings.
  • Craft and continuously enhance inspection procedures, COCs, and quality paperwork.
  • Ensure documentation is audit-ready in alignment with FAA, AS9100, and ISO 9001 mandates.
  • Handle the organization of documentation, adhering strictly to ITAR guidelines.
  • Conduct rigorous checks ensuring the integrity of all certification documents pre-shipment.
  • Coordinate with various teams including engineering and quality assurance to ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • Compile and present regular updates on inspection results and quality improvement opportunities.

Experience & Capabilities

Essential Requirements:

  • 1–2 years working with document control or quality systems within regulated industries.
  • Background in aerospace, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is advantageous.
  • Must meet ITAR requirements.

Desired Expertise:

  • Familiarity with Discus or ProShop systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
