Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements.
  • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
