What You Will Do:
Support leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Responsible for the stock equation (production plan and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand for the brand they manage.
This Jr. Supply Chain Associate would be responsible for:
  • Manage the development, review and implementation of an accurate forecast to drive the continuous improvement of the demand planning and inventory management processes and systems.
  • Monitor performance vs. the forecast throughout the month identifying any key shifts or trends. Analyze forecast variation/deviation with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the build of excess & obsolete inventory.
  • Interact with supply planning partners to identify forecast deviation and/or supply chain constraints.
  • Monthly reporting of KPIs
  • AD Hoc Reporting
  • Lead/participate in special projects as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business discipline
  • 0 -1 year of supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data and interpret data
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (specially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving skills to troubleshoot issues
  • Strong communication skills, communicate effectively and work well in team structures
  • Ability to produce quality materials within tight timeframes while prioritizing to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail
  • 6 month internship
