Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize 3D printing processes, focusing on FDM/FFF technologies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine CAD models, primarily using SolidWorks.

  • Utilize Cura, Bambu, or Prusa Slicer for slicing and preparing print files.

  • Generate and modify G-code for optimal printing performance.

  • Create G-code post-processing scripts to enhance workflow and efficiency.

  • Conduct research and development to explore new materials and printing techniques.

  • Analyze print data to troubleshoot issues and improve print quality.

  • Collaborate with the design team to integrate innovative solutions into product development.

  • Train and mentor junior engineers and interns in 3D printing best practices.
