Job description

We are looking for a Full Time, motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to customers in a timely manner, communicate with potential customers, correct any issues with orders received and provide product guidance with recommendations for additional items.

Job Responsibilities/Daily Duties

-Respond to customer messages in a timely manner

-Update existing listings to reflect new vehicle models and product compatibility

-Process customer returns for e-commerce orders, ensuring returns are in acceptable condition for resale

-Create listings for parts in stock or items we can source from Ford, in addition to sourcing new products to offer and create listings to sell products on eBay, Amazon, Webstore, etc.

-Review products that are sold or unsold to update product titles/specifications/descriptions/pricing to obtain more sales

-Assist with shipping department when workflow exceeds their capabilities (ex: pulling parts for their orders, assisting with shipping orders, help load UPS at the end of the day)

-Help organize parts department bins and assigning parts to new bins
