Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience to provide efficient administrative assistance to a department or individual. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, performing clerical tasks like mail sorting, data entry, and internet research, and providing professional customer service. Strong communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor are essential for success in this role.
Job Description
  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
  • Duties include greets visitors, handles incoming calls and performs general administrative duties.
  • May also assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
  • Takes messages for department personnel.
  • Provides callers with company information as needed.
  • May also assist with other clerical duties such as mail sorting and overnight packages.
