We are in search of qualified candidates to monitor internet leads and provide timely responses. Applicants must be customer service oriented, possess excellent organizational skills and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior Sales, BDC, call center or automotive experience a plus but not necessary! Primary Responsibilities: Effectively communicate with customers to determine their needs and wants Respond to all inquiries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and email Schedule appointments via phone, live chat and email Daily follow up with prospect.
