Remote Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor)

Earn Based on Results โ€“ Work From Home

Mister Sparky Electric of PA is seeking a reliable, professional Appointment Setter to help convert inbound leads into booked electrical service appointments.

This is a remote independent contractor position. You will contact homeowners, respond to leads, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and help ensure a great customer experience.

Compensation

Performance-Based Compensation:

$10 per qualified appointment booked

$10 when the appointment is completed

$5 when the customer leaves a Google review

$5 when a membership is sold

Monthly performance bonuses may be available.

Responsibilities

Call new inbound leads immediately

Respond to web forms and missed calls

Contact leads from Google, Angi, Thumbtack, referrals, and website inquiries

Confirm upcoming appointments

Reschedule canceled appointments

Follow up on unsold estimates

Request Google reviews after completed jobs

Maintain detailed notes in company systems

Requirements
