Job description

Independent Contractor — D2D Sales Team Leader

Connect6 Group | Mobility · Internet · TV · Smart Home Security

Commission Only — Uncapped Earning Potential

The Opportunity

This isn't just a sales job — it's a chance to build and run your own team, selling in-demand telecom products:

mobile, internet, TV, and smart home security.

Connect6 Group is looking for driven, self-motivated closers who want more than a paycheck. Prove yourself on

the doors, then step into leadership: recruit, coach, and grow your own crew with top-level sales coaching and recruitment support behind you every step of the way.

There's no ceiling here. Your commission is uncapped, and the better your team performs, the more you earn.

How It Works

Weeks 1–2: Prove you can sell.

Get out on the doors and show us what you've got. This is your tryout — sell, learn the pitch, and hit the ground

running.

By Month 3: Build your team.

Grow your own squad to 10 sales agents. You'll have hands-on coaching and recruitment support to help you find

and train the right people.

Beyond Month 3: Unlock your multiplier.

Hit your team target and your compensation multiplier increases — the bigger and better your team performs, the

bigger your payout.

What You Get

• Uncapped commission — no ceiling on what you can earn

• Your own team — run your own crew, not just a territory

• Top-level sales coaching — real support to sharpen your pitch and close rate

• Recruitment support — help finding and building your team, not doing it alone

• A real growth path — from selling solo to leading a team of 10+ in 90 days

• Established products — sell trusted mobility, internet, TV, and smart home security services, not a hard sell

on something unknown

Who This Is For

People who are competitive, coachable, and comfortable knocking on doors. If you've got the hustle but want a

real path to leadership and bigger money, this is built for you.

Ready to prove yourself? Apply now — your first two weeks start the clock.
