Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a PROVIDER SOURCING SPECIALIST to join our OFFICE OF PROVIDER EXPERIENCE team!

The Provider Sourcing Specialist's primary duty is to provide resources in sourcing candidates for open positions and practice opportunities throughout the health system. This includes sourcing for professional providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, but may include other clinical staff as assigned. Sourcing activities include journal advertising, Internet postings, websites, social media, direct mailings and telemarketing. The Provider Sourcing Specialist will coordinate activities with the Director of Provider Recruitment to assure program continuity, budget oversight and effective system operation.

HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks

Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of healthcare and medical environment normally acquired through healthcare experience or completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Previous related work and well as understanding of a healthcare and medical environment.
  • Strong computer, internet and social media skills strongly desired.
  • Previous related work experience necessary to interface effectively with other professionals in the recruitment process.
  • Analytical ability to conduct recruitment searches.
  • Ability to work effectively with physicians, executives and non-physicians at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to project positive image and high degree of professionalism.
  • Must be self-motivated and strive for professional and personal growth.
  • Must be able to coordinate multiple projects and assess priorities.
  • Possesses organizational skills necessary to follow through and bring closure on assigned responsibilities and coordinate multiple projects and assess priorities.
  • Possesses the ability to take charge and be accountable for role responsibilities.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
