Nanny / On-Call Sitter – W2 Employee -Jovie of Boise

Location: Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and surrounding areas
Starting Pay: $14 per hour (with opportunity for increases based on experience and assignment type)
Job Type: Part-time, On-Call, Flexible
Schedule: Choose your availability – weekdays, evenings, weekends. Currently prefer candidates looking for Weekdays with hours of availabiility between 7AM-7PM.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide loving care to children from infancy through school-age
  • Follow each family’s routine and preferences while maintaining safety and fun
  • Engage children with activities, crafts, and playtime
  • Maintain clear communication with both parents and our Jovie team
  • Arrive on time and represent Jovie’s high standards for professionalism and care

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1+ year of paid childcare experience (nanny, babysitting, daycare, teaching, etc.)
  • Reliable transportation to and from families' homes
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain after hiring)
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
  • Comfortable caring for children independently
  • Must have a smartphone and reliable internet access for scheduling and communication
