We are currently searching for Internet Sales Manager who has a high level of integrity, is hardworking and motivated to join our team.

Position Summary

Position: Internet Sales Manager

Classification: Full Time; Exempt

Reports To: General Manager

Work Location: In person; The Woodlands

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Respond promptly to all internet leads through CRM, phone, email, and text
  • Manage and track all online lead sources and digital inquiries
  • Ensure effective use of the CRM system and monitoring lead activity,
  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers
  • Coordinate with sales managers to optimize digital lead generation
  • Building and coaching a results-driven BDC team
  • Driving response times, improving show ratios & closing ratios
  • Set and exceed monthly appointment and sales goals
  • Clearly understand and communicate vehicle equity, values, and trade in options to customers
  • Understand all applicable Federal, State and Local law governing the sales or lease of a vehicle
  • Working directly with Sales Management to improve overall sales and CSI of the store
  • Other Duties May be assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic computer skills required to maintain CRM
  • At least 3 years of Automotive Management Experience
  • CDK experience a plus
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Able to work individually as well as part of a team

Relevant Work Experience & Other Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must meet dealerships requirements for employment which include background check and drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable based on driving record.
  • Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
  • Must be punctual and reliable.

  • Must be able to sit, stand, and/ or walk for extended periods of time
