Overview

Group 1 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Rockwall is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Internet Manager to lead online sales opportunities and drive customer engagement through digital channels. This role is responsible for managing internet leads, coordinating customer communications, setting appointments, and partnering with the sales team to deliver an exceptional buying experience that results in increased vehicle sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is energetic, technology-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service throughout the online vehicle shopping journey.



Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all new vehicle internet leads promptly through phone, email, text, and chat platforms.
  • Build rapport with customers, assess needs, and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
  • Generate showroom traffic by scheduling and confirming customer appointments.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants and managers to ensure a seamless customer handoff and experience.
  • Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor lead activity, appointment show rates, and sales conversion metrics.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries receive timely and professional responses according to dealership standards.
  • Stay current on Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram product offerings, incentives, and promotions.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives and online reputation management efforts.
  • Assist with inventory merchandising and online vehicle listings as needed.
  • Achieve individual and dealership performance goals related to appointments, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales, BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet-based applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
