Responsibilities - Internet Sales Representative:
  • Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for a proper vehicle demonstration.
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet.
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within internet sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives and creative ideas and introduce them to the customer.
  • Utilize dealership sales process and follow-up system.

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Consultant:
  • Outside internet sales experience is appreciated, but not required
  • Attend product and sales training courses as requested by the Sales Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Honesty, Integrity, Commitment, Perseverance, and the will to succeed!
  • Skilled in computer and smartphone use
  • Love of automobiles required!
  • Professional appearance
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Applicants must pass pre-employment testing including MVR, and drug screen.
