International Tax Manager
Position Summary
Join our Tax team and you will help support clients maximize their opportunities. We have a career opportunity for an International Tax Manager to join their dynamic team.

Position Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager, you will use your experience in accounting and taxation to provide tax compliance and consulting services to multinational clients on the tax implications of their international operations. You will identify complex tax issues and provide tax analysis and recommendations for these clients and their affiliates. Additionally your responsibilities will include:
  • Work with current and prospective multinational clients to develop international tax structures
  • Participate in brainstorming and other technical sessions intended to understand a client or prospective client's international tax position
  • Research and prepare materials for projects related to tax planning considerations
  • Keep current with tax practices and changes in the tax law having a direct impact on our current and prospective clients
  • Market international tax services to existing and potential clients
  • Provide and review written and oral advice to clients serving a range of industries
  • Mentor and supervise tax professionals serving as Associates and Senior Associates

Required Qualifications
  • A CPA is required
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting. Masters in Tax is preferred
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant Tax experience in international tax compliance and/or consulting
  • Proven success in a leadership role managing high level clients
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and business development skills
  • Strong self-motivation with the ability to work in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment with varying deliverables and changing requirements
  • The successful candidate must be willing and able to travel, when necessary
  • Recent public accounting experience preferred
  • Prior experience with some or all of the following international tax planning areas: Outbound transactions and Subpart F, Inbound Transactions, Check the Box, Tax Treaty Issues, Repatriation, Foreign Tax Credit Planning, Global Cash Utilization and Accounting for Income Taxes and transfer pricing;
