Purpose: Manage volunteer scheduling, training, and guest check-in experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage volunteer schedule
  • Train greeters & ushers
  • Oversee check-in, guest lists, name tags
  • Support front-of-house setup

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and people skills
  • Customer service or admin experience
  • Tech-savvy (Google Sheets, check-in tools)

Hours: 3–6 hours/week + event day
