International Humanity Foundation (IHF)

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking articulate, persistent, and research-oriented volunteers to join our Grants Team.

๐Ÿ”น Role Overview The Grants Team is the "Financial Architect" of IHF's future. Your mission is to identify, research, and apply for international grants that fund our childrenโ€™s centers, educational programs, and sustainable development projects. You turn our stories of impact into compelling, data-driven proposals for global donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grant Research: Identify potential funding opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies that align with IHFโ€™s mission.
  • Proposal Writing: Draft high-quality, persuasive grant applications, including project descriptions, budgets, and impact metrics.
  • Donor Relations: Maintain a calendar of deadlines and manage follow-up communications with grant-making organizations.
  • Data Collaboration: Work with Center Leads and the Finance Team to gather the statistics and stories needed for reporting.
  • Grant Reporting: Help track the progress of funded projects and draft the "Impact Reports" required by donors.
