• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental health concerns and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness-based interventions.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options to cater to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for a diverse client population.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, showcasing a commitment to professionalism and quality care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives, engaging in training and workshops to expand clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health therapy.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when engaging with clients facing various challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential for effective case management and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings, with a focus on individual therapy.
• Knowledge of integrated care models and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems to streamline documentation and improve service delivery.
