• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and goals.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, adapting each approach to foster personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set therapeutic objectives and continuously monitor their progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who may prefer virtual engagements or encounter accessibility issues, enabling them to access essential support.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards by maintaining accurate documentation and records of treatment interventions and client interactions.
• Engage in regular professional development sessions to refine your skills, stay informed on emerging practices, and enhance your therapeutic techniques.

The primary focus of our counseling services is to assist individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. • Possess a Master's degree or a Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients, effectively navigating their diverse experiences and challenges.

While a mastery of clinical knowledge and competencies is crucial, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings or private practice environments will be highly regarded.
