Job description

NYC Navigator is an award-winning, women-owned Destination Services and Settling-In provider. We are looking for a full-time (30+ hours/week) Relocation Coordinator to join our team. We are a passionate and service-driven team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities may include: • Provide direct support to the President, Director of Client Services, and Client Services Specialists • Coordinate home and school search itineraries; liaise with real estate brokers, schools & transferees • Coordinate utility installations (electric, water, gas, cable, phone, internet) • Data Management: Update CRM and relocation resources as needed • Miscellaneous domestic and international relocation project administration and research • Event coordination • Oversee onsite utility installations and furniture deliveries • Conduct move in/out inspections • Provide transferees with Social Security and Banking information and schedule appointments on their behalf • Occasionally accompany transferees on area orientations and home finding tours
