THE OPPORTUNITY

K2 Partnering Solutions is a leading global IT staffing firm. We provide unique consultative staffing solutions in the Enterprise Cloud and on Premise, Predictive Analytics & Big Data, Social & Enterprise Mobility, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics markets.

K2 Boston is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Advisor to join our Permanent Placement team. As a Senior Talent Advisor you will:

  • Source and place high-end technical professionals across multiple client companies

  • Develop Practice Expert-level recruitment in 1 - 2 technology areas

  • Participate in the qualification of requirements with K2 Clients

  • Participate in the initial briefing and final presentation of candidates

  • Monitor the hiring process and manage the candidate pipeline

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates on a regular basis


THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability and track record of achievement in IT recruitment and/or sales in an agency or internal environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly motivated nature with an innate sense of urgency and positive can-do attitude

  • Strong and effective negotiator

  • Adept at organization and time management

  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots

  • Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
