  • Maintain organized digital files and project records
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding scheduling, project updates, and questions
  • Assist with estimating support and material tracking
  • Support the owner with administrative and operational tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline business operations
  • Read and interpret 2D architectural, cabinetry, and construction drawings to support project coordination
  • Review plans and specifications to verify project details, identify discrepancies, and communicate questions to the project team
  • Assist with takeoffs, material coordination, and project documentation using construction drawings
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, cabinetry, millwork, or a related industry
  • Working knowledge of custom cabinetry, construction processes, or residential remodeling
  • Experience using CRM software and managing customer data
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D architectural and cabinetry plans is required
  • Experience reviewing construction drawings, elevations, floor plans, and shop drawings
  • Understanding of residential construction methods, cabinetry layouts, and project sequencing
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies between plans, field conditions, and project documentation
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Experience implementing office systems, workflows, or operational improvements is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
