Program Management Support (Lifecycle Acquisitions)

Based in Northern Virginia, Axiologic Solutions LLC, has an opportunity for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Program Management Support (International Acquisitions) to support our growing team.

Overall Assignment Description:ย ย ย 

  • Provide support within the Program Management Office as part of a support team to the Program Manager.ย ย ย 
  • ย Supports the PM throughout the acquisition life-cycle, to includeย providing advice onย Source Selection Proposals, Task Order Proposals, Request for Change (RFCs) Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), related security Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities, development, testing, transition and operations.ย ย ย 
  • Provides support to program leadership in the monitoring and control of issues through the program life-cycle with key focus on cost, schedule and performance.ย ย ย 
  • Provide advice and support to the PM beginning with the early stages of the system life-cycle to initiate the C&A process for any new system initiation as directed by the various portfolio stakeholders.ย ย ย 
  • Provide SME support to the Government and program office representatives at briefings, discussion or Technical Exchange Meetings.ย ย ย 
  • Provides input to the PM on ECPs, budget and other taskers or actions necessary in support of the program overall mission in support of Geospatial Non-Standard Data Content.ย ย ย 
  • Supportย planning and technical exchanges between prime contractor, segments, projects and stakeholders.ย ย ย 
  • Participate in NSG and ASG fora and technical reviews and evaluate external program system changes for impacts to the International Program.ย ย ย 
  • Supports project team in the development of system CONOPS, systems architectures and requirements documents.ย ย ย 
  • Monitorsย ย  technicalย ย  implementationย ย  ofย ย  risk, issue and opportunity processesย ย  .ย ย ย 
  • upports project teams in analysis of potentialย ย  opportunities for International partner participation in future and emerging NSG capabilities, and evaluate emerging technologies for inclusion in the International Program.ย ย ย ย 

Duties include:ย ย ย ย ย 

  • Attend weekly staff meeting to keep office abreast of activities and issues.ย ย 
  • Support and participate in program management reviews and any program status meetings/briefings that may be conducted by the vendor.ย ย 
  • Coordinate readiness process reviews with Readiness Review Team Chairman, development contractor and program office throughout life-cycle of program.ย ย 
  • Coordinate and participate in TEMs between the contractor and NGA segments to resolve issues, support the implementation of any new RFCs by the engineering group and address external organization's questions.ย ย 
  • ย Provide detailed input at design/development/test/operational reviews.ย ย ย 
  • Attend interface segment requirement reviews, design reviews, and meeting dry-runs, as necessary, and identify issues and ensure sufficient requirements and understanding or proper design considerations are included.ย ย ย 
  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure integrationย ofย requirements and functionality.ย ย ย 
  • Participate in outreach and interact with contractor to ensure successful integration based on requirements and program constraints.ย ย ย 
  • Provide the PM and COR with property accountability support and advice him/her of any changes or necessary action under the agencies Total Access Management system.ย ย ย 
  • ย Provide SME support to daily technical issues and future requirements activities.ย ย ย ย 
  • Coordinate with development contractor, NCAT security, NGA security offices, and OCIO to maintain active Certification and Accreditation (C&A) program.ย ย ย 
  • Participate in TEMs to resolve any C&A issues.ย ย ย 
  • ย Plan coordinate and execute all formal test activities under the Verification and Validation Groups (VVG) supervision and the Assisted Service Testing Model initiated by VVG which is executed by the Program Management Office.ย ย ย 
  • Monitor/track test events related to future software deliveries at factory and any delivery site.ย ย ย 
  • ย Provide oversight and support as a PMOย validator during any formal test event and provide the PM results of all executed tests outcome regarding a decision in deployment of the operational baseline to the field.ย ย ย 
  • ย Supportย ย  internal test planning meetings for the test of new software deliveries with the development contractor.ย ย ย 
  • Support transition planning to moveย ย  program services and functionality into the NSG Enterprise.ย ย  ย ย 
  • Support transition of software builds, new hardware, or discrepancies (DR) fixes into operations.ย ย ย 

Required:ย  ย 

  • Minimum TS/SCI clearance, CI poly preferred
  • Experience with acquisition of government systems.
  • 8 years of total experience and 6 years of specialized experienceย ย 

Desired:ย ย ย ย 

  • Understand the geospatial intelligence mission and its contribution to the IC.ย ย ย 
  • Knowledge of NGA processes and tools, to include Systems Engineering, Acquisition, Configuration Management, Readiness and Security.ย ย 
  • Knowledge of NGA requirements process forย Non-Stateย ย  Entities (NSEs) and NGA Crisis Action Teams (NCATs).ย ย ย ย 
  • Familiarity with NSG and ASG architectures.ย ย ย 
  • Familiarity with NGA ISP/ASP Model.ย ย ย 
  • Familiarity with NGA/TI Programs.ย ย ย 

Salary Range: $135k - $150k
