Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze and assess business practices and the effectiveness of the team, identify shortfalls, and develop recommendations on methods of improvement. * Coordinate with geographically disbursed support leads. * Government leadership apprised of functional support activities. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * U.S. Citizen * Active Secret Clearance * Master's degree required. Degree may be substituted with 6 years of work experience. * Intermediate-level of proficiency in the use/application of Microsoft Office. * Experience managing federal contract with disbursed staff over 75 employees and over 20 locations * Experience developing and maintaining successful customer relationships in a federal contracting environment * Experience with creating and sustaining a positive, highly motivated workforce * Experience handling Human Resource challenges to include interviewing, hiring, and managing a large, disbursed staff * DoD experience preferred VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
