The Opportunity
As part of the International Tax Services Generalist
- CS team you are expected to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Senior Manager you are to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead significant projects in the ITS Core team
- Innovate and streamline tax processes through digitization and automation
- Maintain operational excellence in tax advisory services
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive successful outcomes
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders
- Motivate and coach teams to solve intricate tax problems
- Foster open and transparent communication
- Enhance efficiencies in tax advisory through technology
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
