International Health Management is a field focused on overseeing and improving health systems, policies, and programs across different countries and cultures. Professionals in this area work to address global health challenges, such as disease outbreaks, health inequities, and access to care, by developing strategies and coordinating with international organizations, governments, and NGOs. They often manage projects, analyze health data, and implement policies to improve public health on a global scale. Careers in this field require understanding of both healthcare and international relations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an international health manager, and why are they important?
