We are seeking a Financial Controller to work on the accounting team. Following are some of the responsibilities of this position:

  • Oversees the activities of the Accounting Department for the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports

  • Establishes accounting policies and procedures

  • Develops internal controls and oversees audits of policies and procedures

  • Oversees financial reporting, analysis and general ledger

  • Manages audit functions including scheduling

  • Manages month-end account close

What we're looking for in you:

  • 15+ years of accounting experience in industry and public accounting is ideal

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA License required; Master's Degree preferred

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, audit and tax; including international and consolidation experience.

  • Microsoft Office experience with proficiency in Excel

  • Oracle ERP system experience helpful

  • Experience in public accounting and in a manufacturing environment helpful
