Your Role, Your Impact
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to ensure scalable project delivery and long-term profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to align financial objectives and project milestones.
  • Implement robust financial controls and risk management processes to guarantee reliability and compliance across all project phases.
  • Champion process improvements and digital finance tools to drive innovation in project reporting and forecasting.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by mentoring team members and promoting best practices in financial management.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project finance, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or transportation sectors.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, SAP or similar ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, cost control, and contract management principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
