JOB SUMMARY: Manage the end-to-end proposal and quotation process for domestic and international customers. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, HSE, Supply Chain, and other teams to develop accurate, competitive proposals, ensure technical and API compliance, and manage customer orders from quotation through final delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing.
• Coordinate cross functional department review of customer tenders.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely quotation of customer’s “request for proposals”.
• Compiling and submitting required qualification or tender documentation.
• Comply with all safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position
• Communicates with all levels of management, as well as engineering, HSE, supply chain, sales, etc. in order to correctly quote any requests.
• Adheres to all API guidelines.
• Develop technical acumen to select the appropriate products for quotation.
• “Outside of the box” thinking in order to produce new and exciting proposals to the customer.
• Asks the correct questions in order to provide proper quotation.
• Handles diverse clients in global regions.
• Manages customer orders from quotation to final equipment delivery.
• Coordinate international intercompany request for pricing and\or products.
• Special projects or assignments as directed by management.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (MA) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: None required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• A thorough knowledge of API 6A as well as ISO 9001 is required.
• Intermediate computer skills, Advanced language skills, Intermediate mathematical skills, and Advanced reasoning ability skills
• International Experience – Ability to work effectively with global customers, teams, and business requirements.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise work assignments to Quotation Representatives.
