CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT | CAPITAL PROJECTS | MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING
TRGs Growth Practice is partnering with a global manufacturing organization to identify a Senior Process Engineer for one of its flagship manufacturing facilities. This is a highly visible, plant-level engineering role, serving as the technical leader for the site, driving continuous improvement initiatives, leading capital projects, optimizing manufacturing processes, and partnering closely with maintenance, operations, and leadership to improve overall plant performance. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with international engineering teams, sharing best practices and helping implement new technologies and process improvements across the operation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in process engineering, project engineering, or continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Self-driven, hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and making a measurable impact
