Job description

Job Summary/Company: We are seeking a Program Coordinator to provide advanced administrative support to the International Programs department for a professional Medical Association. This role will oversee logistical planning for international educational programs, exchange and visiting scholar programs, and resident scholar programs. This professional will work a hybrid schedule of 2 days on site in their Anne Arundel County headquarters. Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily administrative support for the International Programs department including coordinating meetings and webinars, meeting minutes, itineraries, expense reporting, and responding to inquiries.
  • Organize international travel logistics, including Visa applications, itineraries, and reimbursements.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of the association's Annual Meeting, international meetings, and exhibits.
  • Support the promotion and administration of exchange and resident scholar programs.
  • Work within budget constraints to book travel and accommodations as required.
  • Coordinate with academic exchange participants traveling for annual meeting
  • Manage financial processes and communications related to international educational activities.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-4 years of proven administrative support experience
  • Experience with coordinating international travel preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Salary $29.32 to $29.80
