Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to monitor and manage the quality of the company’s existing and expanding real estate databases and informational systems. Will work with U.S. and International computer programming, data entry and quality control teams to ensure superior information and quality control systems are employed.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high volume analysis requests.
  • Prepare evidence for multiple agent hearings – income, equity and others.
  • Collect and interpret data.
  • Analyze confidential clients financial data.
  • Analyze results and provide ongoing reports.
  • Other duties as required.


Requirements:
  • Entry level experience 0-2 + years
  • Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find anomalies and uniformity.
  • Communication Skills: Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
  • Critical Thinking: Data analysts must look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
  • Attention to Detail: Data is precise. Data analysts have to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
