Job description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management.

Client Details

This client is a premier global alternative asset manager with $50+ billion in AUM and a 40-year track record of elite performance.

Description

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure sensitive materials are safeguarded.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Monitor and manage expense reports, budgets, and invoices as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, both internal and external, as required.
  • Support other administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the efficiency of the executive team.

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as EA.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling and communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience providing executive-level administrative support within a professional setting.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address potential challenges.
