Job description

Job Overview

As a valued member of our dedicated warehouse team, you’ll play an essential role in delivering high-quality, specialty food items to our customers. In this fast-paced and physically active environment, your day will be filled with tasks that keep our operation running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for unloading incoming shipments, accurately receiving and sorting products, and preparing them for timely delivery. You’ll help organize, stage, and transport orders to ensure they’re ready for pickup by our professional delivery drivers. Every shift offers variety, teamwork, and a sense of accomplishment as you help bring gourmet products from our shelves to our customers' doors.

What does your day look like? Some of your duties may include:

  • Unload, receive, and place incoming inventory items away.
  • Operate an RF handheld device to scan, pull, and pack items to fulfill orders.
  • View prompts on screens and follow directions for some tasks.
  • Building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets for delivery.

Things you need to be able to do:

  • Must be able to lift to 75 lbs. Carry up to 50 lbs. Push/Pull up to 30 lbs. of force.
  • Must be able to be exposed to a refrigerated and freezer environment, ranging from 0 - 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Ascend and descend a step with a height of 10 in. From the floor.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and be able to work under minimal supervision. 
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to reach and bend.

Things that are a plus but not a deal-breaker:

  • Previous warehouse and/or cold storage experience.
  • RF handheld device experience.
  • Pallet jack and forklift experience preferred.
