We are a manufacturer and engineering solutions provider that specializes in flanges, expansion joints, valves, other pipe fittings, and custom-fabricated parts for the Agriculture, Exhaust, HVAC, and Water Works markets.

The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling while enforcing company packaging and handling standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-controlled warehouse environment and serves as the backup to the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor. The position also provides QC support and acts as a liaison with Quality and Engineering headquarters.


A typical day:

  • Oversee daily warehouse organization, including racks, storage locations, and material flow.
  • Unload incoming shipments and ensure proper receiving, labeling, and storage.
  • Maintain accurate physical inventory counts and support cycle counts.
  • Manage supply levels and communicate material needs proactively.
  • Enforce packaging, handling, and storage standards per company requirements.
  • Receive, inspect, validate, and document inbound shipments.
  • Verify quantities and part numbers against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Report and coordinate discrepancies with Purchasing and Quality as needed.
  • Perform basic QC checks per established procedures.
  • Support Quality and Engineering headquarters with inspections, documentation, and material feedback.
  • Act as a point of contact between the warehouse and Quality/Engineering teams.
  • Receive and process incoming RMAs and Flips within standard timelines.
  • Serve as backup to the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor as needed.
  • Support training of warehouse staff on standards and processes.
  • Promote safety, organization, and continuous improvement within the warehouse.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

The ideal candidate requires the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years in a warehouse supervisory and/or warehouse assistant supervisory role.
  • Thorough knowledge of warehousing and material handling, such as packaging, sorting, and basic inspections.
  • Knowledge of required inspection equipment (checking fixtures).
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and competently (i.e., pallet jacks, stackers, forklifts, stretch-wrap equipment, etc.).
