Job description

Job Title: Internal Mobility Partner (Internal Recruiter) Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA. PART-TIME 20 HOURS PER WEEK Pay Rate: $27/hr. W2 Position Type: Multiyear Contract Description The Internal Mobility Partner I / Internal Recruiter will assist the Sr Program Manager of Internal Mobility, and the Internal Mobility Team, in the development and maintenance of partnerships with hiring leaders, internal candidate pools, and cross functional teams to deliver candidates for client's hiring needs. Updated 7/6/2026- The selected individual will be contracted for 12 months in total in a part-time capacity (20 hours a week - firm, no more or no less). Ideally, we are looking for someone to work Tuesdays - Thursdays from 9 am ET - 4 pm ET, with flexibility options to work later in the evening and flex elsewhere when needed on occasion. Will provide partnership to develop and recommend recruiting strategies to identify internal candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent, with limited oversight, leverages various recruiting strategies and techniques to identify candidates and assemble a diverse pipeline of talent. Assist in the role as an internal ambassador for client by championing our culture and supporting strategic enterprise objectives through talent development partnerships and retaining top talent. Responsibilities

  • Regularly participates in the day-to-day operations of internal mobility programs while working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Regularly participates in the development and delivery of high touch candidate communications, program structure & content, and post-program engagement.
  • Regularly participates, with some support from senior colleagues or leadership, in full-cycle internal recruiting for related internal postings.
  • Regularly participates, with support from senior colleagues or leadership, in leveraging assessments, recruiting tools, and relevant resources to aid in internal recruiting strategy.
  • Gathers job requirements through strategy sessions to understand business needs, build interview guides, and give realistic job expectations to potential candidates autonomously.
  • Presents and negotiates competitive total compensation packages while maintaining a fiduciary responsibility to client with some support from senior colleagues or leadership.
  • Regularly participates, with support from senior colleagues or leadership, in creative internal sourcing & research strategies to proactively identify enterprise talent gaps, deliver candidates, and assemble pipelines of talent for future and current vacancies.
  • Regularly partners, with support from senior colleagues or leadership, with Learning & Talent Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other key stakeholders on programs and efforts to keep a close pulse on rising talent and workforce needs.
  • Conducts career consultation sessions with high potential internal talent to aid in the engagement and retention of staff with some support from senior colleagues or leadership.
  • Minimally participates, with support from senior colleagues or leadership, with Talent Acquisition initiatives including process improvements, projects, and change management efforts with broad over-arching impact to Talent Acquisition with high level of accuracy and completeness.
  • Regularly handles a range of escalations with the support of senior colleagues or leadership.
  • Regularly participates with managing the accuracy of team operational collateral with support from senior colleagues and leadership.
  • Develops and delivers targeted presentations to build client's employer brand and internal talent mobility strategy with support from senior colleagues or leadership.
  • Serves as a functional subject matter expert as it relates to the organization and its complexities with support from senior colleagues and leadership.
  • Stays abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations, and guidelines autonomously.
