Position Overview

Seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial mechanical projects throughout Arizona. This individual will oversee all aspects of project delivery while helping support the company's aggressive growth strategy.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, family-owned mechanical contractor with significant advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC and mechanical construction projects from turnover through closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, field operations, and client communication
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Build and maintain strong owner and contractor relationships

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
  • Commercial, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, or mission-critical project experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
