This position is responsible for ensuring timely gaming project completion through administrative activities such as analyzing and submitting project correspondence and disclosures to regulatory agencies and other internal departments and monitoring gaming project flow for purposes of updating project schedules and preventing project delays, as well as demonstrating the GILA WAY.

  • Promotes and provides excellent guest service experiences to both internal and external guests.
  • Reviews and analyzes project packets to determine all project steps and necessary regulatory disclosure necessities.
  • Prepares project correspondence and disclosures for approval by senior executives.
  • Maintains updated knowledge and documentation of project progress and timeline compliance and communicates status as necessary to executives, other departments, and regulatory agencies.
  • Makes recommendations from project data for action by senior executives.
  • Takes all necessary steps to minimize and reduce gaming system downtime.
  • Participates with executives in establishing and documenting gaming project tasks and schedules and assists with projects as requested.
  • Interfaces with regulatory agencies and staff members.
  • Maintains accurate, continually updated and secure files related to all gaming projects.
  • Schedules and participates in gaming project planning and execution discussions to ensure coordination and updating of project plans.
  • Maintains continually updated and accurate knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations.
  • Maintains a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness.
  • Performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
  • This position currently has no supervisory responsibilities.
Skills/ Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in a management discipline preferred.
  • Gaming industry experience (bingo, blackjack, poker, sportsbook, slots) including broad knowledge of applicable regulations preferred.

  • Possess strong customer service skills, strong telephone etiquette, be a self-starter with the ability to follow-up and complete tasks in a timely manner with minimum supervision.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office suite Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds
