We’re seeking a motivated Internal Operations Associate to join our Bellmawr team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a stable, fast-paced wholesale flooring distribution company where your contributions truly make an impact.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — helping keep everything running smoothly across multiple departments including order entry, special orders, quotes, purchasing, inventory replenishment and returns.

    ✨ Provide internal support to our sales, warehouse, and management teams
    📦 Process returns and resolve related documentation accurately
    🛒 Support purchasing activities, including order entry and vendor communication
    📊 Help manage and reconcile inventory transactions
    📋 Coordinate and track special orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness
    💲 Prepare and assist with customer quotes and pricing documentation
    🗂️ Maintain accurate records in company systems
