Experience

  • 8+ years in Software Engineering
  • 3+ years in Senior/Staff Engineering roles
  • 2+ years building AI/ML or Generative AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and technical strategy for enterprise AI platforms and applications.
  • Drive engineering standards, design reviews, API design, scalability, and AI governance.
  • Build reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Lead production engineering, SRE, observability, incident management, and platform reliability.
  • Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and security controls.
  • Build AI platform capabilities including LLM orchestration, AI Gateway, RAG, prompt management, model evaluation, and AI agents.
  • Mentor engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence technical roadmaps.
