Job description

JD :

This resource will be responsible for driving the integration of Unity (a greenfield platform build) with the Internal Developer Platform (IDP), in alignment with the CTOโ€™s architecture strategy and long-term engineering roadmap. The role will focus on enabling seamless developer onboarding and adoption of Unity by creating robust technical documentation, sample repositories, reusable integration patterns, and best-practice implementation guides.

The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on expertise in Python, with experience building developer tools, automation frameworks, APIs, and platform integrations. Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and developer experience (DevX) initiatives would be highly preferred.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role requiring the ability to troubleshoot complex integration challenges, collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, and provide technical guidance to developers adopting the Unity platform. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as the resource will work closely with architects, platform teams, and application developers. The individual will also be expected to conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, host office hours, and serve as a subject matter expert for Unity adoption and integration.
