Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | Hybrid (2 – 3 days onsite)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + bonus opportunity

Job Overview

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Recruiter. This role is responsible for leading recruiting efforts across a growing multi-location organization by partnering with leadership, coordinating hiring initiatives, and managing external recruiting partners. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals, excels at managing multiple searches simultaneously, and enjoys building efficient hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·        Partner with business leaders to identify current and future hiring needs across multiple offices and business units.

·        Develop recruiting strategies and prioritize open positions based on organizational goals.

·        Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for external recruiting agencies, ensuring consistent communication, accountability, and high-quality candidate submissions.

·        Coordinate interview schedules, collect hiring feedback, and facilitate the offer process with internal stakeholders.

·        Track recruiting activity, maintain applicant pipelines, and provide regular reporting on open positions and hiring metrics.

·        Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting processes remain organized and compliant.

·        Support onboarding activities in partnership with HR and hiring managers to create a positive new hire experience.

·        Assist with employee retention initiatives through workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and talent-related projects.

·        Build strong relationships with executive leadership and act as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the organization.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree required.

·        4 – 7 years of corporate recruiting experience, with experience managing external agency partnerships.

·        Previous experience recruiting accounting, finance, or professional services talent is required.

·        Strong understanding of accounting and finance positions, including public accounting recruiting.

·        Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches across different teams or locations.

·        Experience managing relationships with third-party recruiting firms and staffing partners.

·        Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate sourcing platforms.

·        Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

·        Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities in a high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience recruiting professionals from public accounting firms.

·        Knowledge of HRIS or payroll platforms such as Rippling.

·        Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple geographic locations.

·        Familiarity with workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
