Job Summary

The Lead Marketing Communications Consultant is responsible for developing, writing, and executing communications that support one of HCSC's largest and most visible client accounts, serving more than 500,000 members. This Consultant will create engaging, audience-focused content that helps members and benefit administrators understand and maximize their healthcare and wellness benefits. You'll work across multiple communication channels, including email campaigns, website content, benefit education materials, digital and print communications, newsletters, presentations, and enrollment resources. This position is highly collaborative, partnering with internal marketing, digital, and business teams, as well as client stakeholders, to deliver timely, accurate, and impactful communications. Success in this role requires exceptional writing and editing skills, strong project management capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content that drives member understanding and action.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree and 7 years experience in communications environment OR 11 years marketing, journalism or communications experience.
  • Knowledge of design, layout, and print production.
  • Project management skills.
  • Writing and verbal communications and editing skills.
  • Independent, self-starter, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor Degree in Journalism or Communications.

This position is expected to adhere to HCSC's Hybrid Flex policy of 3 days in office / 2 days remote weekly.

Base Pay Range $61,500.00 - $136,100.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
