About the InternshipÂ
Our Spring internship provides a hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting semiconductor industry. Our interns will work alongside industry projects and gain valuable insights into our core engineering roles. This program is designed to grow and shape the industry leaders of tomorrow, offering a chance to learn, develop and build the skills needed for a successful career in the semiconductor field.Â
What to expectÂ
This position is a paid internship that is expected to start January/February 2027 and continue through April/May 2027. The duration will be 12 weeks, full time and on-site. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in a full-time academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for our Early Career opportunities.Â

What You'll DoÂ
As a Talent Insights Intern at ASM, you will help build Develop dynamic competitor org charts and map adjacent talent pools, leveraging AI tools to create a scalable intelligence system that TA and business teams can continuously update.

What You'll Bring
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, or a related field
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, workforce analytics, or HR strategy
- Comfort analyzing unstructured data and synthesizing insights for business audiences
