Job description

This role is for EtherWAN, a Phoenix Contact Company. The selected intern will be hired by Kelly Services.
Synopsis
As the Product Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the product and marketing teams by assisting in product positioning in identified markets and creating marketing strategies and content for promoting the product solutions. This is not your average internship. You will play an integral part in bringing our Ethernet solutions to interesting applications you may not have known existed.
Responsibilities
  • Gather market research and competitive analysis to assist Product Management initiatives
  • Assist with constructing product marketing campaigns and content for product promotional literature
  • Assist in the design and development of content for product manuals, data sheets, brochures, etc. in both print and web-based formats
  • Assist with product training content
  • Coordinate and drive initiatives to enhance the user interfaces and experiences across our brand, for both product and content
  • Coordinate with marketing in finalizing marketing, technical, promotional and PR material required for product launches
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing special projects as needed.

Requirements
  • Actively enrolled in a four-year college/university
  • Self-starter with a record of accomplishment and a passion for learning
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Technical aptitude with a creative mind
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of communication technology preferred but not required
