Job description

POSITION PURPOSE

The Cellular Connection (TCC), part of Round Room, LLC, is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to operationalize and scale AI across the enterprise. Supporting both the TCC and Wireless Zone business units, this role owns the administration, governance, and adoption of our AI and low-code platforms — including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Purview — ensuring AI capabilities are secure, compliant, well-governed, and adopted broadly enough to deliver measurable business value.

This position balances enterprise control with business enablement. It establishes platform standards and guardrails, enables citizen developers, and drives the training, communication, and change management required for sustained adoption. The role partners cross-functionally with all departments across the enterprise including IT, Security, Data & Analytics, Finance, Sales / Marketing, HR/Learning & Development, and Business Operations leaders in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. Strong business relationships are central to this role.

The successful candidate will embody and work to reinforce our company's mission. At TCC we believe our communities need more than just a wireless retailer, and our employees want more than just a job. We are committed to making a positive and sustainable impact on the lives of our employees, customers and communities. The foundation of TCC's business is built around 5 promises — Care about the people around us and the world; Drive the Business to greater success so that we can do more good; Connect with the people around us; Inspire others to join us in doing good; and Be Authentic in our words and actions.

Manage Dev, Test, and Production environments with proper change management and ALM practices, and own licensing, capacity, and AI consumption management against budget. Ensure we get value from the functionality and tools we pay for by reviewing license assignment and feature utilization, activating paid capabilities not yet in use, and reallocating or retiring what is not delivering value.
  • AI Governance, Security, and Compliance (20%): Own Microsoft Purview as the unified governance layer across Copilot and AI systems, including Data Loss Prevention policies, sensitivity labeling and classification, and access and sharing controls. Perform audit log review, risk signal investigation, and incident response, and ensure alignment with enterprise compliance and regulatory expectations.
  • Adoption, Training, and Change Enablement (15%): Lead enterprise AI adoption through rollout campaigns, communications, training curricula (in coordination with Learning & Development department), and AI literacy programs for corporate and field audiences. Partner with the business leaders on change management, serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for AI platforms, monitor the Microsoft and vendor AI roadmaps to determine which new capabilities are valuable and relevant for our users, communicate monthly AI product updates, and support intern and mentoring programs.
