Job DescriptionThis S&I entry level Intern position provides valuable hands-on experience with reviewing registration and enrollment data, providing projects and reports. The intern would gain practical skills and insights, while also benefiting from career mentorship from experienced managers in the division, fostering professional growth and development.
Responsibilities- Help Schedule, plan, create, and keep track of joint CES events
- help with creating trainings and presentations relating to enrollment services
- Provide support through email, chat, support software, and virtual meetings.
- Learn how to use Seminary & Institute software and systems used to track work.
- Communicate effectively with users in the field, product managers, and report findings to the Enrollment Services Manager.
- Generating reports on enrollment data and contribute to a more efficient workflow with data collection.
- Maintain professional work habits. (Answer emails, be present in meetings, etc.)l are also expected.
Qualifications• Currently enrolled in a college or university or have graduated within the past year.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Quick learner of software applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are a must as this position
• Team player.
• Understand how to use remote work tools, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.
