Job description

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Orange County Soccer Club is Orange County's only professional soccer team playing in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship, the fastest growing Division II professional soccer league in the world. The USL Championship is comprised of 30 teams across the United States. The team plays its home games at the Orange County Great Park's Championship Soccer Stadium, located in Irvine, CA. Nestled in the heart of the Great Park, Championship Soccer Stadium has a capacity of over 5,000 for Orange County SC matches. The schedule consists of 17 regular season home games, plus a handful of additional events. Orange County SC was one of 12 founding members of the USL during its inaugural 2011 season when it played as the LA Blues before moving to Orange County in 2013. In 2021, Orange County SC brought home the USL Championship Cup as the league's best team besting the Tampa Rowdies, 3-1 in the playoff final to capture the USL Championship title.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Works closely with Director of Ticket Operations & Data Analytics and the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations
  • Provide the highest level of service, ensuring all issues are resolved in an efficient and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Orange County Soccer Club.
  • Assist in data collection and organization.
  • Assist in overseeing segmentation and code tracking.
  • Assist in the oversight of the Kid's Club.
  • Assist sales team with customer service needs and requests
  • This position is fully remote and will require 20-40 hours per week. Starting in January 2026.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be using the internship as class credit
  • Experience with ticketing systems, Ticketmaster product knowledge preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal listening and organizational skills
  • Intermediate/Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Works well in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Detail-oriented, driven self-motivator with a strong work ethic to get the job done
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work productively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines
  • Always demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
