Job Description:ย ย 

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Finance & Accounting team for Summer 2026. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a professional accounting environment.ย The Accounting Intern will work closely with theย Controllerย to support day-to-day accounting operations while developing a foundational understanding of accounting processes, internal controls, and government contracting finance practices.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Review and maintain the AP inbox to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders and employee expenseย reports,ย including obtaining appropriate approvals.ย 
  • Support accounts receivable activities, including entering cash receipts and updating customer payment records.ย 
  • Assist with credit card reconciliations by reviewing transactions and gathering supporting documentation.ย 
  • Review employee timesheets for completeness and accuracy and assist with timesheet follow-up asย needed.ย 
  • Support the accounting team with administrative and ad hoc projects as assigned.ย 
  • Participate in training opportunities to develop accounting knowledge and professional skills.ย 

Qualifications:ย 

  • Currently pursuing aย Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.ย 
  • 0-1ย yearsย of accounting, finance, or related work experience.ย 
  • Strongย understanding ofย Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.ย 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.ย 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.ย 
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professional accounting skills.ย 
  • Prior internship, coursework, or experience with accounting software is a plus but not required.ย
