At Towne, we have a passion for providing elderly care in a home setting, where the emotional and psychological comforts of beloved surroundings could provide a quality of life that other settings simply cannot.
Towne Home Care is looking for compassionate Live-In Home Health Aides to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes. We have a variety of cases available, including permanent and relief cases in private homes and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide health care services in patients residences
  • Perform domestic and household tasks
  • Assist with clients personal care activities
  • Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
  • Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
  • Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills:
  • Proven working experience as home health aide preferred
  • Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
  • Proficiency in English
  • Caring and compassionate personality
Requirements:
  • Current NJ Home Health Aide License
  • 1 Current PPD Test (Single Step PPD) or Chest X Ray
