  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to create 3D surfaces and design models.
  • Manage design and permitting tasks across multiple projects, balancing deadlines and technical requirements.
  • Oversee construction administration, including bid support, onsite activity coordination, compliance checks, change order management, and shop drawing reviews.
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team that includes environmental, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to deliver comprehensive project solutions.

To be a successful Civil Design Engineer, you'll need to have:
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Active Engineering Intern (EI) certification as a minimum, Professional Engineer (PE) license a strong plus.
  • 5-15 years of professional engineering experience, particularly in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
  • A proven ability to develop conceptual, preliminary, and final designs.
  • Excellent technical writing skills to produce clear, concise reports that communicate procedures and results effectively.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record, as well as a willingness to travel for project needs. Field experience and boat operation skills are a bonus.

If you're interested in this opportunity but are unsure if you have all these qualifications, we encourage you to apply anyway.
